Introduction

VC412 Controller is a precision device that provides +15VDC/-15VDC power to a Capacitance Manometer pressure sensor, receives signals of 0~5V/0~10V from the sensor, and displays the data on the screen. It utilizes a PID algorithm to accurately maintain the user-set pressure by precisely controlling the connected throttle valve.

In addition, the VC412 can accommodate up to 4 MFCs and Convection Gauges, allowing for expansion of flow control and low-vacuum pressure display at a low cost, while still enabling independent use of all functions. The Convection Gauge can be connected to display pressures ranging from 1000 Torr to 0.1 mTorr, and all settings can be configured by the user using the front panel keys.

The VC412 features a large 5.5-inch screen for easy viewing of all information without the need for keystrokes. With its OLED display, it provides excellent brightness and contrast, making it easy to read in any lighting conditions.

External interfaces include 8 independent RELAY TRIP POINTS, RS232C/RS422/RS485, TTL FLOW ON/OFF, and ANALOG IN/OUT.
A Windows program is also available to allow control via RS232C from a PC, providing the user with the ability to control all functions from their computer.
